Meetings and Events
Our meetings offer a terrific opportunity to share and exchange information with your peers. Dinner meetings are held primarily on Monday evenings at the Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
This year, these dinner meetings will take the form of "buzz sessions", a popular format designed to increase audience participation and maximize value for the attendees.
See Calendar of Events!
Breakfast meetings are generally held on Friday mornings in varying locations, presenting fast paced topics and scheduled to get you out to work on time. In addition, we have Saturday morning workshops scheduled in October and February (see our
Calendar of Events below).
Our primary goal is for the IMC-Philly meetings and workshops to provide attendees with good value for their time investment. To facilitate this goal, we intend to make each meeting more interactive. We use a variety of meeting formats to achieve this interaction including a moderator-led panel discussion, interactive workshops, and table topics followed by a round table discussion.
The meetings are intended to help you meet your personal and business growth objectives. So, if you do not see a specific topic of interest to you, please suggest it. Meetings will always include a Networking session. We look forward to meeting with you during the coming year.

In the past, change occurred incrementally, at a slower pace. Today, the rate of
change is so fast that even our short term plans need revision. Our strategic
planning, covering 3 to 5 years, is sometimes outdated by the time we complete
it. The Consulting profession is no different, and our ability to reinvent
ourselves and our practice is key to our success.
Markets we serviced and skills we perfected are in constant flux, and to remain
successful, a consultant must periodically reevaluate and assess them to assure
continued success in the future:
- When should this assessment be done?
- How often?
- What are the signs of a disintegrating market?
- What skills will I need in the future?
These are just a few of the questions we will address at our May 9th breakfast
meeting, which will utilize our popular buzz session format.
Facilitating the discussion will be Jon Oliver and Tom Casey, CMC, who represent
a combined 40 years in the consulting profession. Each has "reinvented" his
practice several times over the years, allowing them to remain on top of the
needs of their clients and prospects.
Cost: $20.00 for IMC Members, $25.00 for Guests
